I recently prayed and worshiped to this rendition from Aaron Keyes, and felt compelled to share it on my blog wire.

To simply state that “I trust” versus me actually connecting with Christ in worship, knowing “I truly do trust Him,” are two different things.

For me, it took the loss of somebody who was closest to me here on earth to provide the ultimate test of trust, which I am positive is NOT my final ultimate test/battle in this war here on earth.

However, if I really “consider it all joy, when various trials come about”, just as James 1:2 so clearly tells me to do, my trust will stengthen. It’s a muscle. It gets stronger, just like James 1:4 proclaims;

“Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”

That’s what I’m talking about!

I can’t imagine a life without Him. The hole would be so large, trying to fill it would seem impossible.
